About the role
The Relationship Manager supports the sales team by managing administrative functions and ensuring a smooth sales process from proposal to close. This position serves as a trusted partner to sales representatives, providing operational support, maintaining accuracy in sales documentation, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage quotes, opportunities, and related records within Salesforce.
- Conduct rate and pricing comparisons to support competitive sales strategies.
- Aid in contract preparation, application processing, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in CRM systems.
- Cook up coordination with internal departments to ensure timely completion of sales-related requests.
- Support sales representatives with reporting, pipeline management, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales organization.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous experience in sales support, account management, customer success, or administrative roles preferred.
