About the role

We are looking for Bilingual Customer Satisfaction Agents (CSAT Rockstars) fluent in both French and English to become the backbone of our global support team. Your mission is to transform every customer interaction into a success story by diagnosing, resolving, and delighting clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer inquiries (phone, chat, email) seamlessly in both French and English.
• Diagnose and resolve technical, order-related, or informational issues with speed and precision.
• Document interactions meticulously in CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce for clarity and traceability.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and consistently exceed quality KPIs.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary for efficient resolution.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to customer success.

Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent (C1 or higher) in both French and English, written and spoken. This role is not suitable for non-bilingual candidates.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in remote work, BPO, or high-volume call centers.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using ticketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
• Soft Skills: Empathy, problem-solving under pressure, patience, and a "customer-first" attitude.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, based on operational needs.

• Internet: Reliable connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
• Hardware: Personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent high-performance device).
