• Master Data: Thoroughly map and document each interaction on their CRM platforms to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

• Absolute Bilingualism: Proficient in French (C1/C2 level) and excellent professional English.
• Concrete Experience: At least 1 year of successful service client experience (remote work, call center, eCommerce, BPO environment).
• Technological Comfort: Quick learner and proficient in digital tools and CRM environments.
• Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, exemplary organization, and natural ability to defuse complex situations with a smile.
• Team Spirit: Autonomous, proactive, and perfectly at ease in a remote work ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload).
• Personal computer (PC or Laptop) with an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and at least 8 GB of RAM.
• A quiet, isolated, and professional workspace at home suitable for customer calls.
• A high-quality noise-reducing headset with a microphone.
