Commitment

• Minimum 3 hours per week (remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Inputs registrations into database;
• Tracks and contacts those who haven’t paid;
• Gets registrations ready for smooth check-in;
• Customer Service – answers emails or forwards them to the right people;
• Creates tickets and fills orders for ticket sales;
• Responsible for systemizing wristbands;
• Inputs info gathered from tickets after the convention.

Time Commitment & Expectations

Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach. Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team. Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah. Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
