Key Responsibilities
- Makes a map of how to utilize each space within the venue.
- Finds out which speaker is in which rooms during which times based on interest and room capacities.
- Creates the itinerary to be posted on the web and emailed out to registered participants.
Time Commitment & Expectations
- Dedicates a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
- Attends weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team.
- Attends Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah.
- Communicates proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
