Location and Commitment

• Location: Remote / Near Sandy, Utah
• Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per week (remote), one team meeting per week (remote) & All day Oct 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah.

Key Responsibilities

• Understands all roles and capacities and helps everyone interact effectively.
• Recruits and works with ChairMoms to encourage, train, and help them achieve their goals.
• Runs team meetings and makes final decisions as necessary.

Time Commitment and Expectations

• Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
• Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team.
• Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah.
• Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
