Commitment

Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with Speaker ChairMom, Scheduling ChairMom, and Vendor/Sponsor ChairMoms to gather bios, class descriptions, schedule, handouts, and coupons/ads.
- Puts them in PDF format (if they aren’t already) and works closely with WebMother to place them properly on the website.
- Publishes compendium (for VIP attendees) and coupon book (for everyone).
Time Commitment & Expectations
Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach. Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team. Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah. Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
