Slot Floor Supervisor

Description

Excellent internal/external guest service.
Accurately pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to guest and complete required written documentation.
Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams and maintain operation of ticket dispensers.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, gaming regulations, and company facilities.
Participates in soft drop/count as needed.
Protect company assets.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
