Responsibilities
- Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members.
- Recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline and other employment actions for team members.
- Absorb and resolve guest and team member problems, promoting compliance with slot procedures and rules.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas and address guest requests.
- Ensure slot team members follow established gaming and company procedures.
- Respond to guest needs, accurately handle monetary transactions, and manage resiliency under pressure.
- Monitor and verify jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
- Promote the Caesars Reward card program and understand its benefits.
- Accurately maintain and control money flow during shifts with guests and team members.
- Create and maintain an enjoyable environment for guests while adhering to casino operations policies.
- Have a clear understanding of slot machines operation and pay tables.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Prior slot operations and/or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately account for cash transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with the public.
- Physical mobility and ability to stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent, with two years experience directly related to casino or slot operations and one year supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
