Key Responsibilities
- Makes first contact and maintains contact with speakers;
- Gives ideas for successful presentation based on feedback from last year;
- Gathers details such as a current bio, class description including title & summary;
- Works closely with Compendium ChairMom to gather appropriate handouts & worksheets for the Compendium.
- Works with Vendor ChairMom regarding speakers who would like vendor space.
Time Commitment & Expectations
- Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
- Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team
- Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah
- Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
