Registration Coordinator
About the role
The Registration Coordinator operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role focuses specifically on registration coordination during event execution, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated and managed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate registration-focused tasks with event logistics, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
- Review and maintain global events role documentation with status tracking for registration coordination, ensuring traceability and clarity.
- Document vendor coordination with deadline management, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for registration coordination, ensuring all actions are traceable and evaluated within the event execution framework.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
Decision Patterns & Quality Standards
Quality Standard: Strong registration coordination ensures event execution remains usable under the specific demands of corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified early to prevent rework.
Working Strengths:
- Use Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Event Planning tools confidently to support registration coordination.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the registration workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in decision-making.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when registration coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
The role-specific handoff test requires that strive global events role documentation, quality control, and record management signals are current; otherwise, the work remains open.
