Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will assist the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Services Department and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during your shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Services Department.
• Oversee nursing services during shifts in compliance with regulations.
• Assist nurses during acute episodes.
• Address employee issues promptly.
• Assume on-call duties as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Current RN license from an accredited school and North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Must adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations at all levels.
• Ability to supervise staff effectively.
• Must attend required training and meetings.
