Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Oversees patient care and manages nursing staff during shifts. Assists the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising nursing services, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and follow doctor orders
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Support staff during acute episodes
• Resolve employee issues
• Handle on-call duties
• Adhere to facility and regulatory policies
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Nursing diploma from an accredited school
• Valid North Carolina nursing license
• CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Background check required
• Drug-free workplace
