Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during shifts.
• Assist in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
• Oversee nursing services in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Support nurses during acute patient episodes and address employee issues promptly.
• Handle on-call duties and perform additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma and valid RN license from North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
• CPR certification updated yearly.
• Strong supervisory skills, adherence to policies, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead staff effectively and ensure timely completion of work assignments.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
