Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during shifts.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and overseeing the Nursing Services Department.
• Supervise nursing services in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Support nurses during acute episodes and address employee issues promptly.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and perform assigned duties.
• Provide quality nursing care, adhere to all regulations, and demonstrate a genuine interest in patient well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma and current RN license from North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
• CPR certification (annual).
• Strong supervisory skills to ensure timely completion of work assignments.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to participate in staff training and meetings.
