About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the evening shift in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to ensure resident care needs are met
• Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
• Answering questions and addressing requests from residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Safeguarding confidential information and maintaining accurate documentation of resident care
• Fostering collaboration among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with EHR and E-prescribing systems
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
