Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
- Responding to questions and requests from residents and staff
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
- Protecting resident confidence through confidential information management
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Fostering cooperation among healthcare team members
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing software
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
