About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (Evening Shift), you will lead our nursing team during the evening hours, ensuring the highest level of patient care and attention.

• Supervising a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
• Developing and implementing effective care plans for patients with complex needs
• Monitoring patient outcomes and making adjustments to care plans as needed
• Managing the flow of patients and staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborating with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing education and training to staff members to enhance skills and competencies

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
