Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to ensure resident care requirements are met
- Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
- Answering questions and requests from residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
- Protecting resident confidentiality and maintaining accurate documentation of care services
- Fostering cooperative relationships among healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
