About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Evening Shift to oversee resident care in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs.
• Providing compassionate support to residents and their families.
• Answering questions and addressing requests from residents and staff.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations.
• Handling confidential information to uphold resident trust.
• Documenting resident care services accurately.
• Fostering cooperative relationships within the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with EHR and E-prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer literacy.
