About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Evening Shift in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to ensure resident care requirements are met
• Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
• Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Monitoring confidential information to uphold resident confidence
• Documenting resident care services accurately
• Fostering cooperative relationships within healthcare teams

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
