About the Role
The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safe, efficient nursing practices.
- Ensure policy adherence and maintain service standards.
- Oversee team performance, identify training needs, and support staff development.
- Monitor patient outcomes and care effectiveness.
- Participate in organizational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical care experience in relevant settings.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
- BLS certification required.
Schedule
Full-time role with a schedule of five 8-hour days. The position involves supervising nursing operations on a 24-hour basis with a focus on quality, safety, and staff development.
