• Assess patient conditions

• Delegate tasks
• Collaborate with team members to meet unit goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor’s required within five years if only an Associate Degree)
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months
• Preferably, 2 years NICU Level 3 RN experience
