Registered Nurse - Special Care Nursery - Night Shift

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a Level 2E Special Care Nursery (NICU).
• Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and team members to ensure quality care.
• Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred if Associate Degree is held.
• 2+ years of NICU Level 3 RN experience (highly preferred).
• Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, and NRP certification within six months.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
