About the role
Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, quality patient care in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promote safety, and enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Deliver direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Contribute to unit decision-making, quality, and safety programs, and work as part of a team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
Key Duties
- Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, implement and evaluate nursing interventions, and actively participate in quality and safety initiatives to ensure excellent patient experiences.
