About the Role

Provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and delivery.
• Supports the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Ensures clinical staff competency and optimal resource management related to patient care.
• Serves as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession, demonstrating effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited or state-approved nursing program.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
• Current licensure or certification to practice nursing, along with CPR certification.
• Ability to serve as a compassionate leader and communicator in a clinical setting.
