Registered Nurse - Same Day Surgery

About the Role

This position delivers direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing patient treatments on a shift basis. It involves supervising staff delegation, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and supporting resource management at the unit level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model and advocate for nursing
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining staff competency and patient safety standards

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing school
• Hold a current license, certification, or registration as required by law
• CPR certification is required
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
