Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager
Join our team at Cascade Senior Care Center as a Unit Manager, a registered nurse role responsible for coordinating clinical care within the center’s 24-hour operation and ensuring consistent, high-quality care for all residents.
About the role
You will assess resident needs and implement care using the latest technology while being part of a strong interdisciplinary team. This position empowers you to make clinical decisions and lead a nursing team in delivering excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the nursing team, including direction, assignments, training, recognition, and evaluations.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team on the skilled care process and serve as a clinical resource.
- Ensure completion of reports such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
- Foster a positive, healthy environment for healing and well-being through encouragement and support.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.
- High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving goals.
Skills
- RN License and CPR certification.

This is a full-time position. Certifications required: CPR-BLS Certification.
