Responsibilities
- Ensures the nursing staff follows facility policy and procedures.
- Sets unit goals and standards.
- Consults with physicians as necessary.
- Analyzes patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care.
Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN license.
- Previous managerial experience in long‑term care (LTC) settings.
