RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager

About the role

As a RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation and nursing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent patient care, leading a team of skilled healthcare professionals, and implementing effective processes to drive quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement unit-specific policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
• Cook up and coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of patient services
• Analyze and address unit-specific concerns, issues, and feedback to enhance overall performance

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with unit management experience preferred
