Responsibilities

• Manage a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure the smooth operation of the unit, including patient care, staffing, and budget management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new staff members

Qualifications

• NY RN License
• Ability to adapt and take on all responsibilities of the RN role

Pay

$50/hr

Schedule

Full Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday
