About the role
As a Unit Manager, you will be in charge and responsible for giving out assignments, directing, and supervising staff. Collaborate with the DON to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Assign and direct staff
- Collaborate with DON to maintain efficiency
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance
- Guide staff and work closely with DON and staff
- Adapt and take on all responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager role
Qualifications
- NY RN License
