Registered Nurse RN Transport
Better Than Ever for Nurses. Nurses are the heartbeat of health care and we are committed to keeping our nurses’ hearts happy and healthy. This means investing in the holistic health and well-being of our nurses—through better pay, better benefits, better opportunities, and a better community.
About the Role
If you are someone who enjoys change and continuous opportunities to learn and expand your RN skills and knowledge, Clinical Care Operations (CCO) is the perfect team to join! CCO is the hub of patient management for the campus, providing relief staffing to our clinical departments. RNs in CCO support the clinical needs of multiple departments, including ICU, Progressive Care, Med/Surg, PACU, Medical Imaging, ED, and more.
As a Transport RN, you will transport cardiac monitored patients throughout the campus and assume their level of care. This includes taking patients to different procedures and appointments, such as Medical Imaging, and transporting patients from the Emergency Department to their rooms. This is a very active role—Transport RNs walk an average of 15,000 steps per day! Our ideal candidate will have a Critical Care background.
