Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Evening Shift Mon-Fri position!

Location: Penn Wynne, Pennsylvania • Full-time evening shift, Monday–Friday (weekends off)

About the role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities, including assigning duties, providing guidance, and evaluating performance
• Provide direct patient care as needed, using sound clinical judgment and expertise
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct routine rounds to assess patient condition, identify concerns, and adjust care plans
• Coordinate and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Foster open communication and build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in staff education and training programs, staying current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or in nursing leadership
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality
