Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU - Progressive Care Unit

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level.Supervising staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and infection control.Coordinating and planning patient care within the medical regimen, ensuring optimal discharge outcomes.Supporting hospital emergency protocols and performing all assigned roles during emergencies or disasters. Qualifications And Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing school.Current license, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse in the state.CPR certification.Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
