About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. This role offers an ongoing staff position with night shifts, and a sign-on bonus may be available based on eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients
- Supervising staff and delegating care appropriately
- Ensuring adherence to safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards
- Coordinating patient care within medical protocols and discharge planning
- Fulfilling hospital incident command system duties during emergencies
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Current licensure and CPR certification
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
