Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis.
• Supervise staff, delegate care appropriately, and support quality, safety, and resource management standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, risk management, infection control, and emergency procedures.
• Perform duties in compliance with hospital policies and emergency codes, including HICS responsibilities during crises.
• Coordinate patient care within medical regimens, aiming for optimal discharge outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current nursing license and CPR certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
