We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) role focused on providing high-quality patient care in a specialized 9-bed unit with private rooms.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Educating patients and families
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
- Promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance
- Supporting patient and family-centered care
Qualifications
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or associate degree, with RN licensure. Bachelor's degree and less than 2 years of experience are preferred. The position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.
