Registered Nurse (RN) - Orthopedic Spine - Night Shift

About the Role

This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a specialized orthopedic/spine unit.

Responsibilities

• Systematically assess and reassess patients' healthcare needs, involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes collaboratively.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions to meet patient goals, ensuring proper coordination of care.
• Use critical thinking to evaluate patient outcomes, recognize problems, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Assess discharge needs and utilize resources for effective transition of care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ADN) in Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Current Oklahoma RN license and BLS certification.
• New graduates must complete a nurse residency program.
