Registered Nurse - Orthopedics/Spine - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Ortho/Spine Unit Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following hospital policies and the Illinois RN Practice Act. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications & Skills Current Illinois RN licensureCPR Certification from American Heart Association or Red CrossAt least 1 year of RN experience in an inpatient settingBachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred)If holding an Associate Degree, must obtain a Bachelor's within five years Key Duties: Deliver quality patient care, employ critical thinking, monitor patient progress, and support team functions.
