About the role
Provide professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of inpatient RN experience
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; if holding an Associate Degree, must complete a Bachelor's within five years
