RN - Orthopedic/Spine - Night Shift

Position: RN - Ortho/Spine Unit Location: Naperville Hours: Nights, 7:00pm-7:30am, rotating weekends and holidays Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 per hour, based on experience and expertise Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and procedures. Use critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate as part of a team to meet unit goals. Duties may vary by shift or unit. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; required is an Associate Degree with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years if applicable.Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in inpatient settings.Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
