RN - Orthopedic/Spine - Night Shift

Position: RN - Ortho/Spine Unit Location: Naperville Hours: Nights 7:00pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Providing professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and recording observations. Delegating appropriate tasks to team members and collaborating to meet unit goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferredAt least 1 year of RN experience in an inpatient settingCurrent Illinois RN licenseCPR certification from AHA or Red Cross Key Skills: Critical thinking, patient assessment, teamwork, delegation, adherence to nursing standards.
