Location: Skokie Hospital
Shift: Full Time Night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends
Hours: 36 per week
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on a specialized unit
- Using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Guiding and supervising unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicating and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Contributing to safety, high-quality patient experiences, and positive outcomes
Requirements
- Current Illinois RN license required
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Prior nursing experience preferred; CNA experience beneficial for new graduates
