Responsibilities
- Staff management: hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development

- Collaborating with surgical teams to maintain a safe, sterile setting
- Developing and implementing patient care plans based on assessments and medical treatments
- Monitoring staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and addressing disciplinary actions
- Participating in staffing, scheduling, and departmental operational activities
- Promoting compliance with organizational standards and high-quality care
Qualifications
- RN licensure
- 2-5 years of experience
- Preferred BSN and 5-10 years of experience
- Formal leadership experience is a plus
