About the role
Provide professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise and direct assigned team members
- Ensure age and developmentally appropriate care according to standards
- Communicate clearly and foster a collaborative environment
- Promote patient experience improvements and professional growth
- Take accountability for performance and team engagement
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- Current Basic Life Support certification and relevant departmental certifications
- Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
- 12+ months RN experience; OR preferred
- Operating Room experience of 1-2 years
