Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Internal Travel Team, providing patient care across multiple Mayo Clinic sites in Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education
• Support professional practice across various settings
• Lead quality improvement activities
• Delegate tasks based on skill and patient acuity
• Travel routinely between locations to meet staffing needs

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• At least one year of RN experience, including OR/intraoperative care
• BLS certification
• Excellent communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to dynamic environments

Prior float pool or cross-site experience is preferred.
