About the Role
Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develops and updates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ensures safe, quality care and delegates tasks appropriately.
- Monitors care quality and evaluates patient responses to interventions to revise plans as needed.
- Focuses on patient safety, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitates patient education and advocates for patients.
- Promotes continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred).
- One year of RN experience or equivalent residency/LPN experience.
- Current RN license recognized in the practice state.

Additional Information
