Registered Nurse Operating Room (RN) - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a collaborative patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs to promote positive outcomes. They serve as a key link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting with care plans and prioritizing daily patient flow.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating vital information to families and care teams.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, supporting organizational goals for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professionalism and confidentiality.Adhere to policies, standards, and codes of conduct, supporting shared governance and organizational values. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and instructor certifications as required.Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to professional growth and excellence.
