Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room/Circulating - Full-Time Days

About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member responsible for providing individualized, high-quality, safe patient care within a clinical environment. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, practicing evidence-based, relationship-centered care that respects cultural diversity and patient preferences.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, ensuring patient goals are prioritized.
• Coordinate safe, quality care, promote teamwork, and document care accurately.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a competent, future-ready nursing workforce.
• Engage in professional development, competency assessments, and evidence-based practice activities.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technology skills.
• Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
